Fatal car crash kills man in James City, Virginia

 Peter John Morgan, 20, of Burke was killed early Sunday morning on I-64.  Morgan lost control of his 2001 Isuzu Rodeo ran off the road and overturned near Rte. 60.

Morgan was not wearing a seat belt and was the only person in the vehicle.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

An investigation is still pending.
