Fatal Motorcycle Accident Victim Identified

This morning in Virginia Beach, Marcus Raheem Williams, a 26-year-old Norfolk resident, was found dead at the scene of a single-vehicle accident.

Sgt. Michelle Cotten of state police said Williams was riding on I-64 around 2:25 a.m. and traveling at an excessive rate of speed. He lost control of his 2002 Honda CVR motorcycle and crashed into a light pole.
