Aaron Skilbred, 39-year-old Suffolk man was killed early Monday after a motorcycle accident in Virginia Beach.
Police say Skilbred ran off the road, hit a culvert and was ejected from the motorcycle. He may have been hit by another motor vehicle while he was lying in the street.
Skilbred was transported from the scene but died before arriving at the hospital.
The investigation is still pending.
