Franklin man dies in fatal motorcycle accident in Suffolk, VA

 Sunday evening in Suffolk, a 53-year-old Franklin resident died after hitting an embankment.  John Vann died at the scene at approximately 6:30pm when he lost control and crashed his motorcycle.  His motorcycle rolled over several times and ejected him.

 This was one of two fatal motor vehicle accidents in the city over the weekend.
