Motor Vehicle Accident in Chesapeake, VA leaves three people injured

Chesapeake police are investigating a crash that happened shortly before 1am today.  On Interstate 664 two men were in a Dodge Viper when it veered off the road, hit a tress and caught on fire.  Two individuals saw the vehicle on fire and stopped to help.

The two men in the Dodge Viper were taken to the hospital for injuries that were not life-threatening.  One of the individuals who pulled them out of the vehicle also suffered minor injuries and was also taken to the hospital.

No other details about the crash were reported.
