Sleek, wet roads may be the cause of an early morning fatal car crash in Chesapeake, VA

Location:  Chesapeake, VA

Type:  Fatal Motor Vehicle Accident

One person was killed this morning in a car accident on I-664 near the interchange with I-64 in Chesapeake.  The fatal crash involved two motor vehicles.  State Police said at least one other person was injured.  No names have been released of the person who was pronounced dead at the scene.

The accident is still under investigation.
