Virginia Beach student hit by SUV while waiting for the school bus

The Virginia Beach Police are looking for an individual who drove a red or maroon SUV that hit an 11-year-old boy on Monday morning around 8am.

 The 11-year-old boy was waiting for his school bus when he was struck.  He told police that the SUV went through the stop sign and hit him.  The boy was taken to the hospital with leg fractures and multiple abrasions.

The accident is still under investigation.
